2. Consent for SMS Communication

By providing your consent, you agree to receive text messages from The Customer Factory or its associated businesses at the phone number provided. The information collected as part of this process will not be shared with third parties.

  • Customers and Clients: Updates, reminders, offers, or other relevant communications.
  • Inquiries and Leads: Follow-ups or additional information regarding services.

4. Standard Messaging Disclosures

  • Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile service provider.
  • To opt out of receiving messages, reply “STOP” to any message you receive.

The Customer Factory values your privacy. The personal information you provide will only be used for the stated communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or necessary to deliver the requested service.

6. Modifications

The Customer Factory reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any changes.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, process, distribute, and disclose any collected information and what choices you have regarding that information.

When we refer to “Company”, "us", "We" and "Our" we mean the entity that acts as the controller or processor of your information.

We operate services such as websites, blogs, email publications, online publications, social media, and other mechanisms that are accessible across different platforms and devices herein called the “Services.” This also includes any interactions you may have with us including via our staff, associates and affiliates and includes (but is not limited to) service requests, appointment requests, complaints, reviews and inquiries via social media platforms.

These Services are void where prohibited and are expressly not for residents of the European Union or use by any person located outside the United States.

Information you provide us directly:

We utilize this data to deliver the Service's features, satisfy your requests, enhance the Service's quality, conduct research and analysis concerning the Service, personalize your experience, monitor Service usage, offer feedback to listed third-party businesses, show relevant ads, market the Service, provide customer support, communicate with you, back up our systems, facilitate disaster recovery, boost Service security, and fulfill legal requirements. Even if we do not retain the information, it must initially be transmitted to and temporarily stored on our servers for processing.

When a user requests an appointment through the Service, in addition to the request, we may disclose to those businesses information about the status of the user’s requests. 

We may choose not to deliver messages we deem objectionable, irrelevant, or insincere, such as spam, solicitations, or unrelated requests. If messages are sent or received through the Service via SMS, we may record phone numbers, carriers, and the date and time messages were processed. Note that carrier message and data rates may apply. We may also keep the information you provide during communications with us, whether through phone calls, letters, emails, other electronic messages, or in person. We may monitor and record any of our communications with you, including phone calls, for quality assurance purposes. 


Analytics information:

We may directly collect analytics data or use third-party analytics tools and services to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.

This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, such as using the contact form to make an inquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to this website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page, and if you want to you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin.

Clear gifs/web beacons information:

When you use the Service, we may employ clear gifs (also known as web beacons), which are used to anonymously track the online usage patterns of our users. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Service.

Location data:

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store “location data,” which may include GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device. Location data may convey to us information about how you browse and use the Service. Some features of the Service, particularly location-based services, may not function properly if use or availability of location data is impaired or disabled.

For example, we have a third-party business party that provides a content-based publication of local events. We are the exclusive sponsor of this publication and it is meant to enhance our relationship with you.

We care about the security of your information and use commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through the Service.


Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 18. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 18. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Service, including the information or content contained therein. All testimonials and success stories used on this site are from the facility being promoted, from participants at facilities with similar programs, or from other public utterances made by persons under similar treatments. Success stories are used under copyright (where copyrights apply) of the collecting organization and are not a promise of particular results. No two medical situations are the same and results vary by individual. Users of this site are urged to do their own due diligence before starting any treatment program.
